How to Package Graded Video Games

There is a right way and a wrong way to package graded games for shipping. Poor packaging doesn't just increase the risk of damage to the games in transit, it can also show a complete lack of respect for the games and the buyer.

At High Score Gaming, we understand the importance of protecting your graded video games during transit. We developed the gold standard in packaging and shipping to ensure that your games arrive at their destination in pristine condition.

Before we even sell a game, our team members protect graded games from damage by handling every item with white cotton gloves. When a graded video game is purchased, we begin by carefully placing it in a sealed plastic bag. This bag protects the game from dust, moisture, and other potential sources of damage during shipping. We then place the bagged game into a shipping box, which is lined with commercial-grade bubble wrap to help absorb any impact during transit.

To further protect the game during shipping, we fill any remaining gaps in the box with foam nuggets and bags of air. This ensures that the game is held securely in place during transit and is not jostled or knocked around in the box.

But our commitment to safe shipping doesn't stop there. We also seal every seam of the shipping box with heavy duty tape and mark all shipments as "fragile" to alert carriers to the delicate nature of the contents.

At High Score Gaming, we believe that this level of attention to detail is essential for shipping graded video games safely and securely. We take pride in our commitment to protecting these valuable pieces of video game history, and we're confident that our packaging and shipping methods will exceed your expectations.
